ATLANTIC SURFING VOLUME 3, NO. 1 (1968)

Gary Propper executes a nice bottom turn at Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu.

Content includes a New Hampshire pictorial, "The Rhime of the Ancient Surfer" by James D'Agostino, and a surf trip to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Plus Daytona, Long Island, and "The Surfing-Skiing Thing." Also includes "Delaware Dreaming," a "Memorial to the Duke," and a Gary Propper interview.

According to Surfing Collectibles Guide author Tim De La Vega, "the 'right coast' was never too far behind with these nicely produced magazines. Sadly, their staying power was never very long." There were only 10 issues published total.

This issue is in excellent or near-mint condition, at least 90 percent of mint. Very light cover and spine wear with no pulling at staples and no staple rust. Complete and intact with no torn or missing pages and no cutouts. No water stains or moisture damage of any kind.

Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board.
