SURFING VOLUME 11, NO. 6 (1975)
Santa Cruz local Kevin Reed was way ahead of his time, busting air on primitive equipment 30 years ago!

Steven Spielberg's smash hit Jaws is on everyone's mind, especially surfers. Content includes an early Indonesian travel adventure by Dick Hoole and Grant Cameron, a "California Moments" pictorial, and a Cape Hatteras pictorial showing surprising size and power. Plus "South Shore Madness" by Kaina-O-Kai, who tells us what we already know: "Unless you're a star or a heavy, you won't get many." Also includes "Who Controls the Beaches," Part 6, by Dr. Colin Couture, who examines coastal access issues in New England, and "Mythology of Surfing" by Drew Kampion.

This copy is in very good or Betty-plus condition, about 85 percent of mint. Very light cover and spine wear with no pulling at staples. Cover is bright and supple, nearly unread. Bonus color poster is in place. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts.

Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board.
