Extremely clean copy of this early seventies classic featuring the only body surfing cover in the magazine's history. Also includes O'Neill's controversial It's Always Summer on the Inside ad. Content includes a Drew Kampion piece on style, "Kneeriders and Board Surfers -- Someday Brothers?" by John Ramuno, and "From Florida to Maine" by Gary Chapman. Plus "Cape Beauties" by Rodney Sumpter, Rick Griffin's "Maui, No Ka Oi," and a Maalaea pictorial by John Severson. A Bruce Valluzzi interview by Doug Fiske rounds out this fine issue. This magazine is in very good or Betty-plus condition, about 85 percent of mint. Cover has some minor dinks. Very light cover and spine wear overall. Complete and intact with no torn or missing pages and no cutouts. Subscription card is also intact. Stored in archival quality acid-free packaging.
