is a perfect pocket how-to book for its era. Olney begins with a brief history of the sport, followed by chapters on surfboard design, wave mechanics, safety tips, tricks, organized surfing, and lingo. Contains numerous black-and-white photos, including many instructional pics.
This book is in terrific condition overall. Appears to hardly have been read, as the paperback cover has never been creased! Some yellowing of pages has occurred. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts.
