INTERNATIONAL SURFING VOLUME 1, NO. 2 (1965)

This fabulous old magazine includes LeRoy Grannis' South Bay portfolio, an Australia travel feature, "Surfing at its Best," "The Day Waimea Was Tamed," a Richard Chew profile, French beachbreak barrels, and "A Day With Butch and John at Haleiwa." You need this one for your collection! Lots of great period ads from the mid-sixties, too...This copy is in very good condition, a Betty, or 80 percent of mint, if you prefer. Minor staple rust, but no pulling at staples and very light spine wear. Interior pages are perfect. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts. We have a second copy of this issue in comparable condition. Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board. Click Here for a closer look.
