Shaun Tomson wins the 1977 Katin Team Challenge, California's largest pro event at the time. Also includes "A Portfolio of California Class," Clyde Beatty's Rocket Fish and the "Evolution of a California Species," and "The View at Beacon: A California Story" by John Witzig. Plus a North Shore pictorial, "African Sketches" by intrepid travelers Kevin Naughton and Craig Peterson, and "A Little Time in Puerto Rico" by John Ker. Finally, George Greenough's "From the Log of the Morning Light" chronicles his journey through the South Pacific aboard a 37-foot yacht, island hopping to Australia with first mate Chris Brock. This copy is in very good or Betty condition, at least 80 percent of mint. Four cover scratches barely visible in scan mar an otherwise perfect cover. Very light spine wear. No pulling at staples. Subscription card is intact. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts. We have a second copy of this issue in slightly lesser condition. Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board. Click Here for a closer look.
