SURFER MAGAZINE VOLUME 24, NO. 12 (1983)

South African Martin Potter shows his familiarity with this Cave Rock tube by flashing double peace signs before exiting. Content includes a Durban travel feature and "No Exit," a pictorial offering barrels with no easy way out. Puerto Escondido, Pipeline, and Backdoor claim their victims. "Boogie to the Max" gives a little ink to the bodyboarders out there ("tea bags" as we like to call them...) John Patterson, Mike Stewart, and Jack "the Ripper" Lindholm would beg to differ... A Hans Hedemann profile and Florida pictorial are icing on the cake. This issue is in very good or Betty-plus condition, about 85 percent of mint. Very light cover and spine wear with no pulling at staples. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts. Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board.
